I can’t come to the shop — can you deliver or do you ship?

We absolutely deliver and we ship! If you’re local (within half an hour of Urbanna) we are happy to deliver. Depending on schedule, we can sometimes deliver to DC and elsewhere — just ask us!
And if schedule doesn’t allow us to deliver we are happy to ship. We do our best to ship within 3 days and often we ship sooner than that. We don’t generally offer expedited shipping, but reach out if you have a special need and we will do our best to help if we can! Please reach out to if you’re sending a gift; we are happy to gift wrap for you.
Can I return what I bought?

We want you to love what you buy from us! That said, we can only take returns if you reach out within a week of when you receive your purchase (whether in store or via shipping). We can’t refund the cost of shipping, and we do charge a shipping fee if you need to mail in a return.
Also, please remember that our vintage items have had past lives. They’ve been used and loved:). Please read the item descriptions carefully regarding condition and other details. We note any significant condition issues, and please be aware that we do not sell chipped, cracked or broken items. Like many predominantly vintage stores, Ballgown Barefoot does not offer refunds for completed vintage orders. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Our online and store inventory is the same and updates in real time. Please understand that if we have a customer with an item in hand at the store, we will not take it away from them to fulfill an online order. In the rare situation that an item sells at the store while also selling online, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a potential replacement or issue a full refund.
